HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to be in love with your Mighty purchase, so if you’re not, domestic return shipping is free for any order over $150 (for all orders under $150, a pre-paid returns label will be provided but will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount). All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return. We give you 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. To do so, simply email email@example.com and a customer care representative will handle your return. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase. If your return exceeds the 14 calendar days, we will issue an exchange or credit. Hand-painted jackets are non-refundable or exchangeable once they are painted on.
Note: Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only. For refused international shipments, refunds will be given in the form of store credit, minus the initial shipping cost.
All sale items are final sale only and also will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only.
All face masks are non-returnable due to the personal nature of the item.
All custom orders are final-sale only.
DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A RETURN?
Of course! If for any reason you think another size or style will suit you better, customer care can help you exchange it. Contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Does not apply to face masks.)
For all US customers, we will email you a prepaid return label upon your request.
For your return or exchange, do the following:
1. Put items you are returning in the original packaging and seal it up.
2. Stick the prepaid label on the box, removing any previous labels.
3. Get the package to the shipping carrier on your prepaid label (usually USPS).
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make your original purchase, and you will be notified via email once your return package is received and then again once your refund is completed. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer prepaid return labels to our international customers. But we will help process your return and get your refund or exchange back to you as fast as possible. You can send your return back to us using your preferred method of shipping.
For your return or exchange, do the following:
1. Put items you are returning in the original packaging.
2. Ship us the box using your preferred method of shipping, and provide us with the tracking number. Please also keep the tracking number for your records!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free standard US shipping on all orders over $150! But if you want your order even faster, just select the shipping option that best suits you for a standard charge based on your location and order weight.
For mask orders, domestic shipping is a flat rate based on the number of masks you purchase. For international, the rates are calculated at checkout.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to ship collection orders to a PO Box. If you included one as your address, our customer care will reach out to you for an alternate address.
For mask orders, please choose USPS shipping if you'd like your order to be delivered to a PO Box.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times may vary, but most orders ship within two business days. We try to ship within the same day we receive your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only, minus the initial shipping costs.
