HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, domestic or internationally!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All of our orders ship directly from our Los Angeles warehouse.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. We are unable to provide customs and duties estimates. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only, minus the initial shipping costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Everything on our site is made-to-order by hand, so please allow 3-4 weeks for us to create your garment from scratch and ship it to your door. The moment you place your order, the production process starts.
CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
You can modify any orders within 24 hours! Your order cannot be changed or cancelled after this point as it will be in production.
WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items on our site can only be returned for exchange or store credit, due to the fact that no stock is held and each item is made when you place the order. To ensure you get the perfect piece, we will work with you on any exchanges for fit or style issues, free of production or shipping charges within 14 calendar days of delivery. Our goal is to create a piece you will treasure forever, so we put our whole heart into each garment to make this happen.
All Mighty Studio™ orders are final sale only. Our production team will work with you free of charge to ensure you get the perfect size in pre-production and help with any concerns once you receive your order.
Return shipping is free on every order worldwide, because we want you to be in love with your Mighty purchase.
IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE?
Everything on our site is eligible for exchange or store credit. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we can not process refunds. Items returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn with tags attached. If you aren't completely happy with your piece, we will work with you on any style or fit issues to make it perfect for you.
All of our Mighty Studio™ items are final sale only since they are completely custom, but you will have a production team member work with you throughout the entire process to help with any concerns or issues along the way.
Note: For any refused international shipments, we will issue store credit minus the initial shipping cost.
I AM CONCERNED I WON'T ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE AND WILL HAVE TO RETURN IT, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you find your perfect size! If you receive your item and it doesn't fit, we will be happy to initiate an exchange and remake it in the right size.
We will email you a free prepaid return label for your exchange upon your request. To initiate your return, simply email email@example.com and a customer care representative will help you.
You must postmark your items for return shipping within 14 calendar days from the day you received your shipment. All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange.
Once you receive your prepaid return label, do the following:
1. Put items you are returning in the original packaging and seal it up.
2. Stick the prepaid shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
3. Get the package to the shipping carrier on your prepaid label.
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t exchange or refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
